Service and safety information

Before booking

• Dino does not accept guests who are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol.
• If you have symptoms, an injury, a health concern, or are unsure whether a session is suitable, ask a qualified healthcare professional before booking.
• Tell Dino before the session about known sensitivity to gel, bath salts, adhesive tape, or skin products.
• Do not use a relaxation appointment instead of urgent or necessary medical care.

During the session

Pressure and focus can be adjusted through your feedback. You may ask to pause, change, or stop the session at any time. Experiences differ from person to person, and no result is guaranteed.

Service-specific notes

• Body Care is generally performed through clothing and towels.
• Head Spa uses warm wet towels and gel, is not a shampoo service, and may leave the hair slightly damp.
• Head Care in the Signature program uses no gel and is performed through a towel.
• Remove kinesiology tape if itching, irritation, or discomfort develops.

Access and comfort

The room is upstairs with no elevator. Shoes are removed at the entrance. Changing clothes takes place in private, and a short-sleeve T-shirt and shorts are provided.
