Website and external services

This static website currently has no booking form, user account, advertising tracker, or analytics cookie. The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.

If you continue to LINE, Instagram, X, email, or Square, that provider also handles information under its own terms and privacy rules. Please do not send detailed health information through Instagram or X direct messages.

Health-related and other sensitive information

Please provide only information that is needed to prepare the session safely and comfortably. Health history, a diagnosed condition, or disability information may require particular protection.

When you choose to provide health-related information directly on a guest form or to Dino, it is used only to decide whether the session can proceed safely and how comfort should be adjusted. The purpose is explained before collection and your consent is requested. Do not send detailed health information through social media direct messages.

Retention and sharing

Booking, contact, and guest-form information is normally kept for up to one year after the last contact or appointment, then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Records that must be kept for accounting or another legal duty are retained for the required statutory period.

Information is shared only with a service provider when needed to provide the service, when you ask or consent, or when disclosure is required by law or urgently needed to protect someone.

Security, incidents, and complaints

Access to guest information is limited to what is needed for booking, service preparation, payment, records, and legal duties. Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used, and service providers are limited and supervised according to their role.
