Requesting and confirming an appointment

• Requests can be sent by LINE, email, Instagram direct message, or X direct message.
• Include your name, preferred reply language, chosen service, and two or three suitable dates and start times.
• The appointment is confirmed only after Dino replies and confirms the requested time.
• Booking by the previous day is preferred. Same-day appointments are possible only in special cases.

Opening days and prices

Appointments are normally available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 11:00, with the last start time at 19:00.

The prices shown in the Services section are the total amounts payable for the services. No additional online booking fee is charged.

When the booking is formed and provided

When Dino confirms the service, date, start time, and price in a reply, the booking is formed and these terms apply. The service is provided at that confirmed appointment. If a material detail changes, a new confirmation is required.

Cancellation and missed appointments

• Cancellation is free until 24 hours before the appointment starts.
• A cancellation made within 24 hours is subject to 50% of the booked service price.
• A missed appointment without notice is subject to 100% of the booked service price.
• Use one of the contact channels listed on this website as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
• Cancellation charges apply only after a booking has been confirmed.
• If exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending, contact Dino as soon as possible. The circumstances can be considered individually, but a waiver is not guaranteed and no charge will be applied beyond the amount permitted by applicable law.

Payment

Payment is made at the location after the session. Cash and contactless card payment through Square Tap to Pay are accepted.

Arrival and location

The service is offered by reservation only at a private room on the upper floor of a family home in Meguro. The exact map pin and step-by-step arrival guide are sent after confirmation because Apple Maps and Google Maps may lead to the wrong place.

There is one flight of stairs and no elevator. The entrance is usually locked, so please follow the confirmed arrival instructions.
